Troubleshooting. How does it work?
Experience the seamless functionality of BizReview by effortlessly tapping your NFC-enabled smartphone onto it. The NFC chip operates within a 2-inch range and is strategically placed on various spots depending on your phone model. iPhones read from the top center, while Androids read from the center backside. Optimal scanning occurs when the phone is on the lock screen and awake.
If you encounter any issues:
- Ensure your phone is not in airplane mode.
- Activate your NFC chip by waking your phone using the side button; it won't scan when the screen is off. Note that your phone doesn't need to be unlocked, but the screen must be on. Apple iPhone's NFC chip is continuously active with an active screen.
- For some Android phones, you may need to enable NFC in the "settings."
Since 2018, phones can read NFC without a specific app. This feature is standard on most new phones and is expected to be present in all future models.
Can I change the link on my stand anytime?

What is the validity period of the Google review stand? Is there an expiry date or monthly fees?
Our stands never expires nor has a review limit! Customers can tap as many times as they like. And there is no monthly fees involved.

How long does it take to set up the stand in my store?
